The Challenge

An existing application needed to accept card payments through the Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) API, with correct handling of callbacks and failed transactions.

What I Did

Integrated the MPGS hosted checkout and server-to-server API into the existing codebase, added transaction logging, webhook/callback handling and reconciliation in the admin panel.

Outcome

Reliable card payments in production with every transaction traceable from the admin side.
