A lending business was tracking borrowers, loans, repayments and interest in spreadsheets, which caused errors and made reporting slow.
What I Did
Built a Laravel dashboard with customer and loan records, repayment schedules, automated interest and penalty calculation, staff roles and reporting.
Outcome
Centralised loan tracking with accurate, on-demand reports for management.
